Our 24-hour emergency team provide round the clock assistance and a genuine fast track to getting problems solved, which means that you’re not just at the mercy of the ‘customer service’ desk at the airport!

      Any other Company can have dozens of Tours packages offers, some combinable and some tactical and some year round. We know the difference and will always find you our best price.

      Because of our strong relationships with our hotels and suppliers all over Tanzania, we make sure you benefit from the best available rooms on check-in and where available, exclusive benefit offers that you may not get by booking direct with the hotel.

      We are an independent business, so we can do things that other, larger operators cannot, or often will not. Therefore, if you need to make changes to your booking or activity, we will move heaven and earth to help you.

      We offer a full range of ground transportation services 24HRS

      We have a large fleet of standard and executive modern vehicles with A/C (Buses, Minibuses and vans) to meet your travel requirements. We offer a full range of ground transportation services; from point to point, transfers, shuttle services and even private car hire services (PRADO – LAND CRUISER – RAV4 – SUZUKI).

      We will not tie up your funds

      When you book flights and hotels online, they are usually non-refundable which means you have to pay the full balance immediately. When booking with us you can normally expect to pay 10% deposit and the final balance 8 weeks before departure.

      We know what you are thinking, ‘don’t all Destination Management Companies follow these things?’ The answer is yes, they should, as this is industry best practice; but often some fall short of the mark.
